I have it on less than overly reliable authority that it is the plan to eventually phase out Diet Coke for this product, to slowly reverse production such that Zero is the 'norm" and diet is the lesser to be found. Why in the hell not. There is a percentage of people who actually like the acrid, ass-like taste of original Diet Coke, so it has to still be around. But Zero is a better product and achieves all the stated goals of a diet drink. Why keep it's bastard older brother around at all?

I have not tried that yet. The label frightens me. For you, though, I will try some today and report back. |
True. But at least in my case, I may only have one pop a day. Otherwise, i drink a lot of water and milk. Sometimes teh beer. A pop or two a day, diet or otherwise, is not going to hurt anybody. |
| I'm waiting on Caeffine Free Zero..... Since I got off Caeffine, been drinking Caeffine Free Diet Pepsi which is suprisingly good but doesn't taste like Coke Zero. To me Coke Zero tastes like Coke with real sugar, not the corn sweetner coke. I like Zero but hopefully soon the Free Zero will be available. |

Wife doesn't like it but it's OK in my book.
