If you have a steam account you can download the Codename: Gordon game free. It's a 2d scroller that steam was giving away to
promote the half life 2 game. When the company went bankrupt steam pulled it off the store, but you can still download it. Codename: Gordon Have Steam open and just type steam://install/92 into your web browsers address bar.

Since they were giving it away free as a promo it is legal. The only reason they dropped from the store is due to the
company going bankrupt. This is from the wiki page. "Due to the Bankruptcy of Nuclear Vision, the official site of the company was put out of order and therefore the game has been removed by Valve from the site catalog as references to the site are still hard coded into the game. The game is still accessible by visiting the proper URL in a browser while having Steam installed. The URL is: steam://install/92." I just stumbled across it when I was looking for you tube videos for hl2 episode 1 and 2. I just finished hl2 and it was a great game. |
