Is calling some one a racist and a liar a violation of the CoC? Is targeting a person by posting in there threads the same accusations a violation of CoC?

I wonder how many threads are locked or usernames are banned from a mod finding and reading a thread vs. some pussy reporting his feelings were hurt also?

Cincinattus follows me from thread to thread calls me a racist and a liar. Acts like he is all superior. What a pathetic person he must really be. Then when I reply Bingo a mod shows up. (same one) and locks the thread And I get a warning. 100000 people on this board and one guy keeps following me around. Like some kind of gay stalking fixation
