15 years or so ago I was writing a good bit of classical stuff, and using a proteus II plus orchestral and a sequencer (cakewalk) together. Mostly I was writing for string quartet. I'm in the mood to start again.
Is there a good midi box out there that I should look at for orchestral sounds today? If not something with built in sounds, maybe a sequencer and separate sample collection. I don't want to spend a bundle, but would like something that sounds realistic. I haven't kept up with equipment in quite a while. |
