I can't help but notice that every time somebody asks about these kits someone comes along to tell us what a douchenozzle Mr. John Ciener is.
Why? Is Ciener like Dan Cooper? Zumbo? That dude from Ammoman? I've never dealt with him but were I to buy one of his kits I'd get it from elsewhere anyway... cheaper and quicker from a retailer, it seems. And I'd sooner have a dedicated upper for the money. |

He did things like take pre-orders for new kits, then take those new kits and sell them at local gun shows for much higher prices, without refunding pre-orders.
He stops production to artificially inflate prices, then puts out a few more at the much higher demand, thus netting himself more cash... |
