Ok, so I've got an 8 page paper to write in chemistry tonight. I don't know why, but the teacher wants it in APA instead of MLA, so that means, after the intro and abstract, along with the 10 sources.. 5 pages to type and cite. What is a good topic? I was going to do Neurological Imbalances, but google comes up with almost crap. I was going to do something on Sectually Transmitted Diseases, but.. the teacher says that's anatomy. Former highschool students, what the hell is a good topic that has tons of information?! I take college classes while in my senior year of Prep school. Why is it that the easy stuff like this paper gets to me, but college is a sinch?! |
Anatomy? Doesn't that fall under the Theology catagory? |

Our teacher is from somewhere in Africa. He knows alot of stuff, but he can't categorize anything like that, god knows why. I asked him if I could do a paper on the downfalls of a poorly endowed penis, and he didn't know what I was talking about. Just an example. |
![]() On topic: That's what you get for procrastinating. I've waited until the last minute to do just about every paper I've ever written. You'd think I'd learn. Only thing I've learned is that I hate chemistry. Comp sci forever! |
seriously... do the synthesis of ATP it is really easy and there are alot of sources out there. Check out pubmed.com |
| Ok. I think I'll go with Synthesis of Methamphetamine. There sure is alot of information on it. No personal knowledge :-P. I SHOULDN'T get in trouble for it, right? The school is pretty strict. I came within an inch of suspention because I had my MLI shirt on, and people ignored the message and just saw a gun. I hope they don't ignore this message and just see meth. |
| I've got a 15-20 page paper, due tomorrow(and by tomorrow, I mean in six hours). I've started writing it tonight. I have some notes...but no actual writing for the paper. I am the muthafuckin' KING of procrastination. Ironically enough, since I can research and write a paper like this in a day and get a decent grade, it's what I keep doing...whereas if I failed a couple of times, I might take longer to do it, and thus get better grades. |
I did that on my English 101A final a year ago, except it was only 9 or 10 pages and easily got an A. I waited until around midnight the day it was due. I just did the same with my geology research paper, but I suspect this instructor will notice. ![]() I really should stop with the procrastination...but I wont. |
I don't think I ever will. I just wrote my 9 page English 102 paper in my prep school overnight. After I got it back (It was the first to be graded), it had "Potential for brilliance" written over the top, but I only got a B. |
