 here's a pic i have saved. i can go looking to prove it, but the deal is that this one came in too low and the landing gear snagged the perimeter fence and dragged some with it down the runway. pilot fired. editted to say that if i could ever afford to visit that place, you'd never be able to pry me away from that section of beach. too cool. |
Might be frightened if they saw a C5 coming in for a landing. |

Been there in June of 2001 - JTFEX liberty port. I cared too much about my hearing to hang out right under the flight path though. Impressive to watch. |
