Short story. Yesterday, I was over at my mother's house, and I accidentally stepped on her cell phone and broke it. My mother is given to hysterics, and so in return she took my cell phone off of the counter and threw it out the windo into the snow. My mother called the cell phone insurer, and they are sending her a new phone tomorrow. I agreed to put the $50 deductible on my credit card to shut her up. Well, no my phone isn't working right. I can't charge the battery, and when I close the phone it powers down. I have insurance on my phone as well. Should I go through the insurance company to get a new phone, or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new one myself? Do you think the insurance company would even cover that type of dammage under those circumstances? |
| the phone you rinsurance will send you will be a re-man POS. My phone fell out of my pocket when I crawled from one side of the trailer to the other to chain down 2 M113s. long story short I ran it over with all 3 axles on the trailer and my buddy backed over it with another 40' trailer. the phone the insurance Co sent me wouldn't hold a charge for more than a day and had vertical lines in the screen. I ended up paying 50 dollars for a POS replacement of a cheap ass phone. got pissed and got a nice new LG |
