Watching it on TNT now. Awesome movie. Couple of things:

1) Do you think you could handle it? After you've been there a few years and it looks like there's no chance of getting off would finally just say screw it and take the big swandive?

2) Did you get a little misty-eyed when he lost Wilson?

Good movie. I could care less about wilson. When he works on his tooth drove me nuts.

I would have opened that last package which contained a sattelite phone, map, and solar battery charger.

I wouldn't have missed "Wilson" as much as HE did.

After about a week i'd've pretty much turned rocks into anamorphic personalities and had a whole "Family" to interact with

Another thing that strikes me is when he finally gets rescued. He doesn't really seem to have any problem socializing with people. I think I would've been a total, raving nutjob.
