Just started today. I click on a message in my inbox or sent folder and it just says “Loading” in the panel on the right.

I can browse the site just fine and don’t seem to have any connectivity issues. This is happening on both Safari on iOS and Chrome on PC.

I have the same problem using both Firefox and Chrome

It appears that I can send a new message (It says it sent and showed up in my Sent box), but I can't read any existing messages in my inbox (or the Sent box, or archive).

Same here.  If I try opening the IM in a new tab it shows a 500 Server Error page.
