After a generally cruddy day, I planed to escape reality for a while by installing and playing LA Noire that my wife picked up for me on Friday, issue is, my PC doesn't recognise the disks at all. My drives seem to be working as if I put a different cd or dvd in either of my drives they will recognise and read info from the disk, or if I try the LA Noire disk in my kids PC they work fine, but when I try to run them in my pc no dice.
No auto run when the disk is inserted and if I try to manually start the install from My Computer by double clicking on the drive ( or right clicking the icon and then selecting "explore" or "open") that has the disk inserted I get a pop up asking me to "Please insert a disk in the drive" Any ideas where to start?? |
