It's an announcement of a sale. Take it easy If you don't want to buy anything from them, don't buy it. If you have some specific technical complaint about Bushmasters go start a thread about it in the ar section with proof. I bought a bunch of parts from Bushmaster, and have a complete Bushie, and never had any problems. |

Where can you get these magazines, I looked on the bushmaster site. Moreover, let me get this straight, this upper will plug-n-play on my .223 lower? No special bufferspring etc? Also, includes bolt/carrier/charging handle? You can get mags from Arfcom site sponsor 44Mag.com. No modifications to your lower should be required. Standard buffer and spring should suffice. I'm not sure if the upper being offered includes a bolt and charging handle. The 7.62x39 does use a different bolt than a .223. |

We do offer the mags Part# 8448670-39 26rd $35.95 ea. 5 and 10rd mags will also be avail... The 7.62x39 barrels do have a chrome lined bore & chamber. Some other info I would like to know that your website does not show. Twist rate? M4 extensions? Does the price include BCG? there's no options for it, just says handle. is it carry handle or charging handle? Where are the bolts from? do I have to modify it to use steel case ammo? |

Also, includes bolt/carrier/charging handle? Magazines: Use the CProducts ones. They're the best in the 7.62x39 caliber. I tried and failed for years to fine magazines that were remotely reliable in my 7.62x39 AR15, then they come out with these last year or thereabouts. They're awesome and WORK! CDNN has them or you can just order them direct from C Products. Link! http://www.cproductsllc.com/shop/index.php?cPath=22_36 do I have to modify it to use steel case ammo?
You shoudn't. I've run steel and brass through mine without a hiccup. Granted mine is the 20" from a different manufacturer, but if a DPMS will eat it, a Bushy shuldn't have an issue. Yes the upper will plug and play on your standard .223 lower receiver, no hassle or screw around. Push pins in, insert magazine, pull charging handle, rock and roll. There could be slight differences between receiver manufacturers though. Example: My DPMS 7.62x39 upper receiver will not fit on my RR lower, but vice versa works fine. I don't know if there could be any conflicts regarding Bushmaster vs. other manufacturers. I always laugh at people that are here on AR15.com who forget that the AR15 magazine well is quite a bit longer than the rounds you're feeding it, unless you're throwing those 88 grainer VLD bullets that you've got to single load anyway. 7.62x39 will happily fit into not only the magazine, but your magwell too. My only beef with this upper is that I absolutely hate the M4 profile barrel. What's the step for? I don't see too many people outside the military running a grenade launcher on an M4. What's wrong with either just going pencil barrel or CAR barrel? |

So maybe Bushmaster can clear this up for us, this is a complete upper with BCG yes? What is the length of the barrel, with flash hider? Chrome lined? And no issues with soviet ammo types? If we could get a straight answer on that it would be great, not a "my dpms shoots it fine i dont see why a bushy wouldnt". Thats apples and oranges in my eyes. I think this upper will make my CMMG a sweet little piggy rig for when i get back to the States.

They also say that it is longer than their M4 barrel to make it legal to sell to you. That would lend itself to being at least 16 inchs. What I see is that it is a great carbine upper with chrome lined chamber and barrel that will pin onto your regular AR lower assembly and shoot. Pretty simple. |

Does that answer your question? Or are you asking if the PRICE includes the BCG, which would be a really good question. |
