I managed to break a root canal front tooth off.  I have the tooth and the post is still good.  It appears that the adhesive did  not hold so I am looking for a replacement.  Ortho wants $$$$ 3500 dollars.

How do I glue this back on?

JB Weld or Mighty Putty - once it sets up, bust out the Dremel and make a bad ass fang.

Good luck....

man I got lucky I had a friend that was friends with a dentist when I was in Texas... I ended up eating it hardcore on a bike and broke one of my front teeth. There was practically nothing left, I drove up to San Antonio to see my friend and his dentist hooked me up for free. Still have it in, matched it perfectly.. I don't know how much I would've had to pay if it weren't for that.

Kinda weird seeing the blue glow of the torch when they're putting it on

Orthodontists don't do post and crowns. They can only do orthodontics (braces, etc). He/She shouldn't have given you a price on anything related to that.

See a general dentist.
