I’d like to know whether the residents even bothered calling the police on this dude in the past, or if they were conditioned by the lack of enforcement to complain to the property managers instead, knowing the cops can’t do anything… There’s no way Mpls police were going to do anything proactive with the dude. High risk of an officer involved shooting going in on a shitbag like that. Hell, even if they make contact with them over a warrant, we’ve seen that shit go south in Mpls.
