| Just wondering what people think of this site? Was looking at getting some stuff and wanted to make sure they were GTG before I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. |
| There may be merit to kapnkrunch's comment. Personally, I have bought from them before (on those rare occasions site supporters don't carry what I'm looking for) and I have had zero problems with them. Even with that said, I concur with Bravo Company or SKD. Always a smooth and fast transaction. |

I have had orders near $1k and they have been fine, but took some time to ship. Some of my smaller orders shipped crazy fast. The deals they have are hard to beat and I would absolutely buy from them again. They have AAC cans now too at fair prices 
HOWEVER, do not even attempt to get boots or clothing that are on clearance. I tried to get boots one time and it resulted in many calls back and forth from their office to their warehouse to find that they had nothing but midget sizes left. So, the moral of the story is.... weapon related items and armor from Botach is GTG. Boots on clearance.... not GTG, unless you are a midget

i've ordered from botach several times...so far, i've had no problems....but sometimes when stuff is backordered...they dont send you anything..or hold the entire order without telling you. So, you gotta follow up.
i wouldnt bother calling....they never answer or return your calls.....i'd rather go on their online chat to verify anything....they occassionally answer email....but usually very late. They carry some stuff that is not available elsewhere, or sometimes their deals are good....so, i take my chances. good luck. |
| I had Troy rails on backorder from them for 2-3months. Troy had them instock the entire time so not sure what they problem is, they could have just ordered them at any point. I don't they really stock some stuff, if you order something if the item can dropship then it is sent it out, maybe some stuff is actually instock, I think with the rest they let the orders build up until they reach a buy in point where they can place a larger further discounted order. |

I gave them a chance. Almost got the shaft. I placed an online order since it showed it was in stock. three weeks later, no delivery. I called and one item was on back order. (Knoxx stock for a Remington 850) Gave them another two weeks since they said they were arriving in three days. Had enough and demanded a refund. That took another 3 or 4 calls with a bunch of lies about why I didn't get my refund, etc.... Finally after 2 weeks the funds were back in my account. Poor guy I finally got on the phone was so frustrated with the company he was about to walk out after being there 1 year. NEVER AGAIN!
BTW, they were a little upset about the "rave reviews" I gave them on my online review through either Google or Amazon. Cannot remember which it was. I told them I was being honest, nothing more, nothing less. |

Of all the internet companies I have bought from, they are by far the worst.
I ordered multiple items(rifle parts) from them on the same order and they charged my card the next day, after about 2 weeks I called to check on the order, 2 of the items were out of stock so they didn't want to ship until everything was there! They would not even provide a time estimate for the backordered parts. Very rude salespeople. Several calls and several days later, I cancelled the order and asked for a refund, which took 2 more calls and two more weeks to get. They actually told me it was my card companies fault the refund was taking so long. All other refunds/credits on this card were there the next day. Every time I called, I spoke to a different person who contradicted the previous salesperson, It became obvious they were making things up just to get me off the phone. If you don't mind waiting for ever for your order, and don't have any intention of trying to contact them about it or are a gambler go ahead and order. For me, never again. |

If you verify that the item is in stock, Botach is g2g. I have dealt with them something like 3 times without problems. When you order items that are on backorder- you get problems. exactly yup. I have had 5 flawless transactions with them without any hiccups. Maybe I am just lucky.
