Playing some of this to kill some time. Really interesting game, with some cool stuff in it.
Fallout 3 was somewhat like Morrowind with guns This is more like Diablo with guns |

i need to start playing again i stopped b/c i was gonna play with a friend who dicked out, and the dragonage has its claws in me. Quoted: Fuck it I just bought it. I hope it's good. its good although the drops really piss me off, it seems from reading the net you get one type of gun more then others. for me it was shotguns and i was a sniper after the 3rd or fourth orange you just screem. |

What is a good build that deals massive amounts of damage? ![]() Just go with what you work with best. I went with Hunter but I never used my blood wing much so I avoided putting skills into there and I put my skill points into weapon skills mainly. Pistol = win and awesome. Sniper = win and awesome when the gun you have doesn't suck. Also towards the end when you start killing lots of those robots with faces they really help up your weapon proficiencies. |

I got some assault rifle right now with a 51rd mag, scope and decent damage Fought Sledge one of the bosses. Is there a setting you can edit to skip intro? go here for a few good game fixing tweaks, the fov was huge for me http://www.overclock.net/pc-games/598934-borderland-tweaks.html |

I need a reason to start playing this some more. I've got a wicked sniper build that rocks on the last few levels (good for speed leveling weapon skills and other people). http://www.borderlandsthegame.com/skilltree/mordecai/#11550050505500005005500 You can shift a few around if you have a mod that adds skills, but 5/5 Trespass you need to keep. I'm spacing out right now, but I think my gamespy id for Borderlands is jake_border, I'm down for power leveling some people, passing along some loot, or helping you kill shit. |

anyone played the zombie island of Dr Ned yet? got my *ding* 50 achievement the other night, waiting for the DLC with the level cap increase. have all 1000 achievement points now! if y'all haven't played with a party yet, it gets much better when you do, as the different classes can bring team boosts, ex, Roland brings Ammo Regen and Experience boost, Mordecai can bring health regen and scavenge boosts, lilith brings shield boosts and elemental boosts, and Brick brings damage and health boosts.. when they're all working together, it gets really, really sweet. |
| Yes, I have wasted hours upon hours, and lost tons o' sleep because of this game, but since I've maxed out the leveling with playthrough 2, and I'm about finished with playthrough 2.5, it's more about weapon farming now. Until the 3rd DLC comes out later this year. |
