I am 36 and I love the "One Source" generic brand at Wal-Mart!
They are generic equals to the "Mega-Man" vitamins at GNC! BigDozer66 |

I take One-A-Day for Men. It's okay, but I'm thinking about changing to either the Costco Multi pack, MegaMan (or the Wal-Mart copy).

99.9% of the multi's in a store are GARBAGE. You are better off spending the money on something like the SOLGAR brand multi-vitamins. Do an online search or hit a local healthfood store.

Another vote for Centrum.
My 14 year old son's pediatrician reccommended he take it at his last physical in September of last year and he has grown 4 inches since then! |
