I ordered a couple knives and submitted some images to have the lasermark stuff done on the blade. Any of you guys ever do this? How did it turn out? I had a second idea after I placed the order and emailed them to try and amend the original order but haven't heard back yet. Hopefully they have good customer service. |

I have in the past, and just got a new one.
They both took about 3 weeks, with no communication at all from them , but you are able ot track the progress, and after 3 weeks it will just say shipped. The first one I got was really good, just text. The one I just got back, in all honestly I don't think they should've of even did, it looks terrible. Its my fault for picking a bad picture, the debut Rush album, but honeslty didnt think it would come out as bad as it did, they should've known, or said hey you know, weve sat on this order for 3 weeks, but just want to give you a heads up, if you have this done its going to really look like shit, would you like to change, or cancel it?? If you get something make sues its 1 color, and with as little detail as possible.. |

Wow they turned out to be very helpful. After my questions, a woman emailed me to confirm what I wanted. They were already done and she pulled them out of the box to make sure they were done right and should be on the way tomorrow. It will probably take a week or two to get to me, I would be happy to post pictures if anyone else is considering this service. |
