I brewed up a cream ale variant of a recipe I found on HBT.

7 lb 2 row pale
2.5 lb flaked corn
1 lb instant rice.

cascade 60 minutes
Willamette 10 minutes

Mashed for 60 minutes at 158
2 week ferment with us-05

Its a very drinkable, very clear ale. After a few weeks of aging in the keg, it turned out very good.

I'll post my Mac and Jacks and Alaskan Amber as soon as I perfect them. I need to get another shipment of Alaskan down from Seattle for comparison...Mac and Jacks I have to go off of memory, and unfortunately my memory is fading...I need to plan another trip up north.

I've posted a recipe in this forum.

Send an IM to one of the staph and ask them to tack a a beer recipe thread. I'll add a few proven ones to it then. I'm sure others will too. Otherwise they just get lost.

im fairly sure a sticky would require a nice bit of interest and recipes first

ill keep bumping til then

If there were a sticky I'd post my extract recipes I've done.

I just don't feel like digging them out every 3 weeks when a new post wanting recipes comes up.
