Ive literally eaten it all around the world. Ive come to the conclusion that it all tastes the same. Wherever you go. Other Chinese food no. Beef and broccoli though, the same.
Is it just me? |

Some places do a better job than others
I make it myself and it is pretty damned good. Marinade it over night before cooking. If I want to change it up a little and my wife isn't home to eat it I add a few of those little oriental chili peppers to spice it up. Other than the heat it is the same as any place else. |

I disagree. Heck, in New England, most of the places I've tried beef & broccoli are terrible. But even then, it tastes differently bad. This place outside Phili, called Cin Cin, has a French trained chef cooking beef & broccoli with some added basil--best version I've ever had. Never had any in China--so I can't say, but I've had quite a bit in the USA, and...like I said, I disagree. |
