That was not good, I did not make it all the way through.  The acting was terrible.

Lol.  I'm sure most of that 30K budget went to the Predator and Alien costumes.  Probably not much left for acclaimed actors.

If you didn't notice the joker was "boner" from Growing Pains.

Never saw Growing Pains, but having seen this when it came out (prior to Batman Begins and Dark Knight), it was worlds better than any of the cheesy bullshit they were shoveling off as "Batman" before Bale signed on.

Let me put it this way.  Bartram was better in all five minutes of screen time he had in this, than Val Kilmer and Michael Keaton and George Clooney ever managed to be as Batman.

That I agree with.  I think he could of pulled it off in a major motion picture.
