After a couple attempts, I think I have a pretty good recipe for Bacon Jam now.
I started out downloading recipes from the 'net, and after cooking them they weren't quite what I was looking for. I started experimenting and, by Jove, I think I've got it. This should make a great topping for burgers and chicken sandwiches. Tried some on a couple of biscuits, and it was tasty like that, too. The next phase will be to develop a spicier version, probably with finely diced jalapenos to start. Sometimes I even impress myself.
