I think Israel's primary problem is that it has no heavy bombers.
The number of penetration munitions at 5 tons a piece are going to be pretty tough for their F-15 force to shoulder and then of course those F-15s would need escort by other aircraft for air-to-air threats and for taking out the IADS to clear the way. That's a really big party for their air force to pull off. The US Should sell Israel some B-1Bs and that would send a pretty strong message to Iran. |
