Here's some long boring reading for anyone interested in what the BATF is doing and where they spend their money. They're asking for just under $1 billion in budget money.  NICS stats are about 1/3 of the way down.  They want $10 million for a new building so they can be more "secure" and provide a safe enviornment for their employees.  Just curious who they are afraid of, since no law abiding citizen could ever dream that the BATF would be after someone for no good reason....right?  they'd never do anything to harm innocent folks....
