Just got a new Tactical Frog, which uses a HangZhou 2565A  movement.

Anyway, on day one it was + 10 minutes after 24 hours.

In the 2 days since, it's seeming to settle down.  Is this normal?   Also ... how trustworthy is this app (saw a guy on YouTube using it)?   The actual time seems to be more accurate (only a few minutes off overnight)

Send it back.  If it’s off by MINUTES per day, there’s a problem and it’ll never resolve itself on its own.

Timegrapher results can help you to diagnose why, but the fact that the watch is that far off right out of the box means the watch needs repair.  It’s hard to tell what the issue is from your pics - you need to test at different orientations (crown up, crown down, dial up, dial down, etc.) and the phone app timegraphers are notoriously fickle.
