Just saying HI, and seein who else is out there...
Ive read a few guides to the stack, and other lit while I was waiting the last month+.

After a long wait on shipping, I finally got my supply of E from NutribolicInc.com.  
NEVER order from them! it took over a month to get, no response to 3 emails, no tracking #. no contact or service at all

Im not doing any A with my stack, Im not a big fan of asprin and dont want to take it daily.  Im starting slowly and will work up to 24mg E doses.  I will also cycle on and off ot this stack after a number of weeks.

I started yesterday (2X) 16mg E, 100mg C
today (2X) 16mg E, 100mg C (1x) 12mg E, 100 C

Any ARFCOM tips, hints, words of advice?

it works.  follow the info you found to the letter and make sure you decrease it if you start to feel funny.  I have also heard to leave the A off so i think you are off to a good start.

I'm on it.  Have been for several weeks.  I don't know if it's doing anything or not.  I'm losing weight but I'm also on a strict calorie and exercise plan.  

After my dosage was built up to 75mg E, 600mg C, 650mg A a day, I couldn't sleep more than an hour at night.  I lowered the dosage to 62mg E, 500mg C, 650 A and that is ok if I don't have any after 16:30-1700.

I Just ended my first cycle. It lasted from 2/15/08 to 3/16/08

I do not have a journal of each week but here is what I remember from the records I do have...
I went from 183-175 (4-5weeks)
eating around 2000 calories a day. 200+g protein
I kept my muscle gains and lost fat.  


2/15/08 I had plateaued at 183 for a week or 2 before this date.   I started my EC regiment to get past it.  I also kicked it off with a nice "refeed" and then carb cycled for about a week.  I then continued on my 2000cals, about 43p/37c/20f average

3/1/08 a week or two later I remember getting on the scale and thinking "DAMN!" that EC is working, but was probibly the combination of the above.  Easy 5lbs lost. probibly some water weight along with the fat.

3/16/08 in the last couple weeks I have been in the gym only a few times because of school projects and finals.
I increased my calorie deficit by 200cal and stayed on EC.  I was able to dropped another pound or so in that time.


Im back on my work out schedule now.  I am going to be off EC from 3/16/08 to 3/23/08.  then start over.  I am still on the caffeine pills, but not 600MG a day Sometimes im taking Hydroxycut Hardcore,  not so much for for fat loss but just for an energy and thermo boost before a workout.


I would like to believe that EC has been working well.  I try to maintain a strict diet.  I never eat out, and try to hit my calories and macros each day.  I place the most empahsis on eating, and working out. supplementation comes last.

I will take a better journal when I start the stack again.  i will post results after that cycle.  I really wish I did a better log
