Seems like lately all of the big international events have taken place in the summer.
Tonkin Gulf
6 Day War
Tienneman Square
Iraq invades Kuwait
Russia has a coup
Seems like more things happen in the summer than during other seasons.

people are more active in the summers, their kids are out of school, that's why Disney world is so crowded from May to Sept
