| Does anyone else parents not know shit about guns or ammo? I'm overseas and can't take advantage of Walmart to get any ammo and asked my mom to pick me up 22lr 9mm and 40 of federal Winchester or Remington doesn't matter I even included pictures and what I'm comfortable paying for each caliber and she's still confused I put my Glock 17 with stream light loaded with an extra mag in her nightstand in case anything happens and she knows how to use it but come on buying ammo isn't rocket science |

No, I have kind of the opposite problem. My father (retired gunners mate in the coast guard) called me on a weekly basis asking me if 22 was available in Virginia. No matter how many times I told him ammo was just as scarce in VA as in FL he would keep asking me.
When I send my kids down there, my father takes my son shooting and uses an obscene amount of ammo. |
