My son's 10th birthday was yesterday. Bought him his first .22 rifle and he used some money that relatives sent to by a scope for it.

Tx doesn't have any parental kidnapping laws on the books. Your wife could wake up one day, move with the boy, and you'd never see them again. You would still be required to pay child support of course...
