| From a previous post I made and received responses to, I understand that if I am the single owner of a new MINI-14 which I purchased before the ban, and if I installed a folding stock on the rifle before the ban, and if I always kept a folding stock in my possession with the rifle, then I have a legal "pre-ban assault rifle" and can legally replace the original folding stock with a new folding stock. Now I have a different question. With the aforementioned conditions being met, can I now legally add a flash suppressor to the rifle if it never had one? Thanks for any inputs. |
