Damn if Junior was my son I would've beat his ass a long time ago. That little prick has no respect for anyone, and no work ethic to speak of.

Senior is not innocent by any means, but damn dude, he gave both of his sons everything they could have asked for and much more, and Junior treats him like that?

The whole situation is retarded. Senior is an asshole who doesn't know how to communicate with his sons, but has given them so much. Junior is a spoiled prick, and deserves all the shit that he has had to go through(lawsuits etc.) .

Mikey is clearly retarded.

Well since junior is not in the shop they need to have someone to have explosions.  I saw the preview I think when I was watching top shot actually and it looked exactly the same as one of his "fights" with junior.

I'm guessing it's staged to mess with somebody not in on it. They like to hype stuff (Rick quitting) to get people to watch and then it turns out to be nothing.

Junior is doing much more fab work on his bikes and they certainly aren't the cookie-cutter bikes he did under his dad.  I'm guessing that the criticism he faced by his peers (bolt-on bike part faggotry) got under his skin.

I quit watching that train wreck a long time ago. Everyone in the family is a dysfunctional hack whose only talent is self-promotion.

Senior: Doesn't build anything, and only gets in other peoples' way. Hair-trigger temper fueled by years of steroid abuse; thinks he's
hot shit in a fifty-five gallon drum, when in reality he's nothing more than a warmed-over fart in a Dixie cup. Without his fabricators, who
actually have skill and talent, he'd fall flat on his face.

Junior: Spoiled little prick who fancies himself a designer, but knows nothing about design. Couldn't tell you the difference between
Raymond Loewy and Virgil Exner, much less anything about the actual process of industrial design. Took on a project for Coleman
to revamp their camping gear, and after weeks of hand-wringing and thousands in fees, decided to paint the product a different
color. Whiny egotist who thinks he deserves the world on a platter.

Mikey: Neurotic child who cowers at the thought of actually growing up and acting like an adult. Thinks of himself as a sensitive artist
who's misunderstood by all around him. Actually a talentless, spineless blob who should have grown a pair years ago.

OCC: Real custom bike builders? No. They need a frame, they buy one off the shelf. Need an engine? Buy one from an outside supplier.
Need accessories? Buy someone else's, and grind on it a little before you send it out for plating. Need custom paint? Send it out.
Need a seat upholstered? Send it out. The real custom builders I know of build their own engines, bend up their own frames, do their
own molding and paint work. I can only imagine Arlen Ness watching this show; he'd either be laughing his ass off or shaking his head
in disbelief.

American Chopper should have visited and documented builders around the country with real creativity and construction skills. Instead,
it's a scripted 'reality' show which isn't worth two minutes of my time. I loathe the Teufels, but I have even greater dislike for the shills who
concocted this series and foisted it off on the public.

Honestly I can agree with that all except for the part about Mike.  To me he had a sense of humor about all the "art" that he did and in the time that I did watch the show he had fun with it while trying to cash in on the family fame as much as he could while it lasted and really can you blame him for that.  I pretty much stopped watching regularly when they got rid of Vinnie and stopped watching all together when they moved into that tremendous "world headquarters" but mike always seemed the least ego filled one of the bunch.
