I'm on a mission to detail a curriculum for my soon to be eighth grader in Algebra. Any suggestions? Math background is Singapore and Khan Academy. Edit: Did a little research today and I kind of like the Life of Fred course. My oldest is doesn't like math but is a voracious reader. Anyone have any experience with it? |

Each child will respond differently to the concepts of Algebra.
Our 3 oldest have all had the areas they excelled in and struggled with. Let me ask the wife what she used with them. |

This thread is a good reminder why homeschooling is so awesome.
It is not a one size fits all situation, there are many answers to the same question, everyone is different and what may work for one person won't work for another. |
