I have a rooted droid razr runing ICS 4.0.4  I want to remove my company's exchange servers ability to remote admin my (personal) phone and found this workaround to mod Mail.apk (second half of the post after the change log):

I would like to do this but have no idea how to actually modify the file.  Would anyone here be willing to help out?
