Not a plug for the company, but it is a good deal.  I found it this morning on Spoofee.  Unfortunately it does NOT work on oil, but will work on oil filters.

"""Advance Auto Parts is offering a $50 off $125 coupon code

Expires 2/14/15

Link to Advance Auto Parts

Use one of the following coupon codes
WD56 to get $10 off $25+
WD56 to get $20 off $50+
WD56 to get $30 off $75+
WD56 to get $40 off $100+
WD56 to get $50 off $125+"""

My $103 order after the discount and with tax ended up being $67.  It's a good deal if you do a lot of work yourself and I typically get my odds and ends only when they run these specials.

I got a:

Rear brake drum
4 NKG iridium spark plugs
dielectric grease
3 purolator oil filters
Purolator engine air filter
Purolator cabin filter.

If your car has a cabin filter and you've never changed it you'll be very suprised by the amount of crap that it collects.  This will be my 3rd.  I've changed at 50, 100 and now this one will be put in with about 160,000 on the car.  They gunk up pretty fast with leaves, dirt, dust, and I imagine make the blower work harder when they are clogged up like that.

TRT30 is 30% off coupon.

Used it to buy some tools the other day. With the coupon and spending over $75.00, the pricing beat anywhere I could find online.

I forget about advance, but when I shop there I spend quite a lot.

Not sure how they are making money though, because each item in my cart was shipped separately.

Careful what you get there.  I went through all kinds of bad parts last year and quit going there for major parts. Alternators, went through 3 for a Lexus and switched over to a different brand. Water pumps for a V6 chevy.  Machined bad and would not sit flat on the front of the block and kept blowing gaskets.  Brake booster for Blazer, went out after 6 weeks. Air conditioning hose for a '95 Mustang GT.  Rebuilt the A/C system and the schrader valve would not seal and blew out 3 cans of freon after going through the full charge procedure.
All I will buy at Advance now is shit they sell by brand name companies. Meguire's cleaning products, WD40, Purolator oil filters, nuts and bolts, etc...Absolutely nothing by any of their re-manufacturers/parts suppliers in China.

That's about what they are good for. The brake drum I got was the "WEAREVER" brand and I've had pretty good luck with those products.  They are bottom of the line but compared to the name brand stuff I get about the same wear rate out of them.  I did get a set of rotors from them once that ended up warping after only about 5,000 of highway miles.  Keep your receipt... I got another pair in exchange.  I imagine almost all non dealer shops use the same or similar product as Advance sells.  All in all they have decent stuff when you can get 40% off like that coupon is allowing for. I really wish I could buy oil.  I tend to get all the oil I use, Valvoline 15w30 at Wal-Mart for about 14 bucks for the big jug.

After pulling and replacing my cabin air filter, it looked about the same as the one pictured.

I've been bit by their cheap brake rotors too. First rain storm they warped after hitting a puddle of water while braking. I started finding OEM's and turning them once or jumped up to PowerSlot's. I have bought Bendex from Advance and had good luck.
