[ARCHIVED THREAD] - A suppressor/Class 3 question

If I get a suppressor up here in TN, and then move to Florida (where Class 3 is OK) will I need to get new CLEO approval in the county I move to? Or do I just need to notify ATF of my move?

I dont do C3, but I hear that an ATF form is SOP. I have not heard of another CLEO. Call the ATF and ask.

No you do not need another cleo signoff. I forget the form number but you fill it out and say you are transporting to your new address and that the move is permanent.
