As sites grow and things in the industry change, it behooves the largest firearm forum on the internet to continue to update and keep things clean and organized. Here are my suggestions: 1 - In the "Armory" section of the forum, these are categories of rifles based on type or manufacturer. There's one outlier forum for one specific firearm that isn't even made anymore: GSG-5 "Dedicated To The New GSG-5 Carbine" Rename is to .22LR Clone Rifles or something similar. No reason to tie it to that specific rifle. 2 - In the "AR-15" section of the forum, you still have the dedicated FRT sub-forum there. FRT's are no longer unique to AR's and it should be moved to the "Armory" section of the forum so it's opened up more and others will find it easier and clear that it's for all FRT discussion. Rate of Fire Triggers "Discuss FRTs, Super Safeties, Binary Systems, and More" 3 - Consider moving the entire "Equipment" sub-area under the AR-15 section to the Armory, since none of those sub-forums are unique to the AR-15. Magazines, slings, ammunition, etc... When relocating forums, you can put in temporary shortcuts or redirects so those who have been used to going to the old. outdated location can easily find the new proper location. |
