I have to get a 10/22 bbl out of the reciever and it is stuck.
I have tried tapping on the reciever and freezing everything and heating the reciever with a hair dryer.

What do I do..use Tannerite

First things first. You removed the bolts holding it in place right?

If so. I'm fresh out of ideas.

I used freon on the barrel and a heat gun on the reciever.

Although I don't suggest this method. It does work. Current laws are different than when I did it.

Yeah I did it long time ago.....that it.

Are you re-using the barrel ?

I refurbed a rusty-ass pawn shop gun last year. The receiver had corroded to the barrel. I put the barrelled action in a padded vice and used a chunk of 2x4 wedged against the front sight and BEAT on it with a big rubber hammer. It worked itself out.

The barrel was rusty and shot anyway, but it didn't damage it.
