Wow, I'm so sorry brother. I really am. Can't even contemplate it.
We have three boys, a three year old and one year old twins. And I scream at myself every time I get frustrated with any of them. I'm so sorry, brother. I will take this as a reminder of both how fortunate we are and how we should cherish EVERY day we have with our three babies. Sorry bud. God bless you and yours. |

prayers and condolences. We've lost one too. You'll have "normal" days when suddenly out of the blue you'll suddenly choke up. It's OK. let the tears flow to honor his memory and to get your own healing. I went maybe 3-4 months 'empty' - robotic even. Then one day it hit me like a ton of bricks. The funny thing was that my wife was comforted to know how much it hurt me since my silence made her think I didn't care that much. I did, but some things are just too big to react to at once.
So the heart has a way of dribbling it out little by little. we weep because we miss them and what 'might have been'. But there's hope that if we live in honor we will one day meet them face to face again without shame.
