What do those nuts have to do with the Tea Party?
The people the IRS directly screwed in the targeting Scandal were organizers for the burgeoning (at that time) Tea Party movement. These people were business owners, local politicians, and regular "community" types who were looking to get involved in a larger national movement. Google "Liberty Township Tea Party" or "Richmond Tea Party" for the types of people the IRS screwed. These weren't "sovereigns"... those people couldn't organize a bake sale, and hate the government so much that their "person" would never create "joinder" by filing any sort of tax papers with the government. Sovereigns don't even believe in license plates, or the tax code itself, let alone 501(c) (3) organizing. Quoted:

I'm saying I can see where sovereigns will latch onto any cause they think is linked to their political beliefs and are whacky enough that they'd make anti-government comments of a threatening nature. And yes, I am generally aware of the claims that the IRS used their authority to try to shut down TEA party groups Quoted:
There are always whackos out there. Make them testify in open court anyway. If found guilty they will be safe in prison. If found innocent they can be placed into the witness protection program. You can't "force' them to testify against themselves. you can call them into court and they can claim the Fifth all day long Quoted:
Take the king's shilling, do the king's bidding. There should be no 5th Amendment or other BS nonsense when you're working for the government. You are accountable to the public. Government employees retain the same rights as any other citizen |

I didn't say that they were directly related in any way. And yes, I am generally aware of the claims that the IRS used their authority to try to shut down TEA party groups Last I checked, people have the right to not self-incriminate themselves. You can't "force' them to testify against themselves. you can call them into court and they can claim the Fifth all day long Then I am glad that you aren't in charge of who is forced to surrender their constitutional rights. You can rest absolutely assured that countless laws exist strictly for the purpose of controlling you, and that there is a 100% certainty that if needed by the State, those laws will be applied against you with ruthless judicial efficiency. Quoted:

they're not that hard to find. If you remember, some reporter chased down that cunt Loris Lerner while she was walking her dog and he was uniformly berated both on the left and right for daring to put her to task. Nobody in DC wants these shitbags to suffer, because doing so would mean the government loses a tool for intimidating the unwashed masses. Right now the IRS is one the most terrifying agencies in the country, they can destroy your life on false charges and you have to pay them a ransom to put it back together. Hell, people are so afraid of them they let a bunch of Indian and Paki motherfuckers rob them blind by forcing them to buy gift cards on iTunes. What government agency is so powerful the mere mention of them makes you do something so irrational like a run out to the pharmacy and buy $3000 of gift cards? The left and right doesn't want to lose such a powerful tool of fear. |

Wait... wait... hold up a minute... so the people you f*cked-over are pissed-off about it? You abused your government position/authority to deprive people of their civil rights. Innocent Americans were trying to organize, to peaceably petition their government for the redress of grievances, and you put your shiny black boot on their necks. And now you have the balls to demand that the very system you misused CONCEAL YOU from the people you oppressed? How about no. How about F*ck you. Drag these cockroaches out into the sunlight. Let us all hear their testimony. ETA: not a smidgeon of corruption, right? Obama said so... why would these execs have anything to fear? ![]() |

The big problem is; We have fast and furious a pretty much cut and dry case of government officials involved in murder and no one has been charged. We have the IRS violating peoples right to freedom of speech. We have government officials refusing to testify in front of congress and or lying to them and retaining the jobs after clearly not doing there job which is to testify to congress if called on. And many more crimes and no one is being punished. This does not even come close to what the Clintion's have done. We have a justice system that is in support of said activity, that in it's self is a crime. We had a president that aided and abetted all of the above(Obama). We have a federal government that is corrupt beyond belief. maybe beyond help. And many say stay calm and don't do anything rash, well it may be time to something rash. I see no obligation to stand by doing nothing while tyrants destroy my country. In fact I see and obligation to do whatever necessary to correct the problem as every good US citizen should.
The Big question is; What do we do if President Trump is destroyed or fails????????????????? |

It wouldn't surprise me if a few unhinged whackos WERE out there who weren't afraid to make some sort of threats. We've all seen the sovereign citizen people spout off in traffic stop and court appearance videos. How's it so hard to believe that these sorts of people don't spout their nonsense towards the IRS as well, especially if there is a high profile case being discussed in the media. |
