It's fascinating to watch from a production standpoint. They can literally make a whole season of shows from maybe 5 minutes of footage for each couple. Then, they get a whole extra season of shows out of it by adding the pillow talk stuff. I used to think game shows must be a lot of bang for the buck. "Reality" TV must have serious return in investment. The only thing this show doesn't have is the chance to charge money / get free stuff in return for product placement, like the home improvement shows do. |
