I was kind of put in the step-father position....I was shacking up with a gal in her late 30's who at the time had a 14 year old daughter. the 14 year old got involved with a 17 year old boy. i was pissed off about that. and all old fashioned about it, curmodgeonly, ready to kick his ass if he did something not so honorable. so one day the GF/mom tells me the daughter was no longer a virgin.  the GF could see my expression  and I was getting ready to storm out the door, when she goes, "No, NO! NO! my daughter was the pursuer. She is the one who goaded him into having sex."
WHAT?! so there wasn't really anything I could do. 
daughter was also diagnosed as bi-polar . I ended up bailing out of that relationship and got my own house. the whole bi-polar and all the lies that went with it creeped me out way too much. EDIT: so I don't mean to disturb anyone here. I just don't believe all the first reports, and don't take them as the gospel truth prima facie. or how the reports or rumors are represented to us competitive shooters at first was to elicit a "THAT DIRTY OLD MAN! There is an extreme lack of Cajones on the part of today's fathers. Do they have no self respect? I expect that at least one of them must be reading this thread. 1st Billy did not leave or cheat on Jessie. Jessie began an affair with her now husband Matt Duff. Billy suspected Jessie was having an affair, and at some point Billy put a program on Jessie's phone that would up load all text messages, photos and phone calls. Well let's just say that this program left NO DOUBT of Jessie's affair with Matt. In one of her messages to Matt Jessie wrote..... "Don't worry baby this will all be be over soon and we will have plenty of money to do what ever we want" Well once the Abbates moved for divorce, Jessie left with nothing. Not even her truck. She left the marriage with only her clothes and personal possessions. Hell have no furry like a scorn woman. Thus the plan to make Billy pay was hatched. The Henry county sheriff retreved 89,000 text messages off of the phones of Jessie, Tori, Brooke, and Billy. In these messages which I have personally seen....Jessie and Brooke proceed to black male Tori into saying she slept with Billy before she was 16. They (Jessie and Brook) texted her (Tori) things such as... They said they would tell her father that she was bisexual.... They told her that they would tell glock and her father about her drug habit..... They told her that she would go back to being poor white trash..... They told her they would convince Glock to drop her..... They told her that no one would ever let her shoot again..... As a result, Tori would say any thing they wanted to keep shooting for Glock and her father would do what ever it took to get into Billy's pockets and Glocks pockets. In Tori's interviews with police here story changed every time she was interviewed. And changed drastically. She even recanted her testimony twice. I was able to personally talk to 6 of the jurors personally after the trial. They said that "Tori was a liar and they did not believe a thing that she said" They pretty much decided that she had no credibility at all and could tell that she had made up the entire thing. " They also said that " her parents were liars and shameful in the way they parented"one juror said and I quote" that girls father (Aaron) is a scumbag and should be serving time" The 23 charges that billy was found not guilty of, where all centered around 3 sexual encounters that never happened. Tori, her parents, Jessie, and the DA made it all up. The defence proved that Tori was not even in the state on two of the encounters. The first alledged encounter tori testified that she and her mother drove here from VA on January 11 through the 14th of 2011 and she said that she had sex at Billy's range outdoors. This is total BS and she got caught in it. The evening of January 10 2011 the entire Eastren part of the country had an ice storm that shut down GA. Schools were shut down and roads closed. Google it. It is fact! It was 28 degrees there was no sex happening! Nor would Tori and her mom risk driving down here. And the third aledged encounter she was in the state but was with Dave Sevigny, and Beth at glock. And never with Billy. This was also proven in court. Fact proven in court... Tori's father Aaron is very petty about turning in expense receipts for EVERYTHING even pocket change in the vending machine. Yet never summited a single receipt for a single thing during the time the alleged sexual encounters happen. He is a liar and the jury could see it. Fact proven in court. Billy Abbate had alibis for EVERY alleged date.. Witnesses, receipts and plenty of text messages. Fact.....the prosecuter conveniently left out evidence. Proven in court ! Fact.....the investigator change statements and left out evidence. Proven in court! Now on the one count Billy was convicted of. In conversations with the jury after the trial, they realized they made a mistake. Over half of the women on the jury and the six that I spoke to personally we're bawling as they read the verdict. In fact the only people crying in the court room were Billy's sister and the women on the jury. The six jurors I personally spoke to we're hung and were convinced to "get it over with and give in" at the last minute after 5 pm on Thursday. The jury mistakenly took the shady prosecutors statement as testimony. The prosecutor stood up and shouted at the top of her lungs in closing statements "what kind of person gives a child a sex toy!" " that man Billy Abbate did" the prosecutor should face charges her self for her conduct. There is a special place reserved in hell for that woman. The fact that was over looked was Tori testified under oath in court, that she her self went to Jessie's closet (this was before the Abbates divorce) and retrieved Jessie's sex toys (which Jessie told her where they were) which were wrapped in a towel and used them.
