Quoted: Seems light I thought. Well the case I did ended up with 9 months in the state, which was much less since he did a diversion program. Feds changed their minds, which was pretty common during those peaceful protests. Other molotov tossers also ended up with no fed charges and only state property damage charges, which were probation only. How I wish I was part of the protected class. |

15 months for molatoving a police vehicle. Meanwhile, a mentally impaired dude gets 4 years for getting in a costume and standing at the Senate podium.
