With tech sights, are you able to still get a cheek weld on the factory wood stock, or do you need a cheek riser?

If you are talking about the Ruger 10-22 with Tech Sights, then yes you can still get a very decent cheek weld with the factory wood stock.

If talking about another rifle, then I have no experiance.

I have a set on an SKS and have no problem with the cheek weld.
