Is it ok to ask for load data from a book that someone else might have? I need the load info for one type of bullet from the hornady manual and I wanted to make sure it ws ok to ask and not piss anyone off.

Thanks

Why not ask a question?  Also, there is plenty of load data on the reloading Forum.  What are you looking for?

No problem asking and when you get data from another source it's good to compare that data with data from your manuals or on-line powder company or bullet manufacturer data just to be safe.

Just ask, you won't be the first.

The way to get members pissed off here is by showing up with questions about "recipes for the bestest" and other questions that are dead giveaways that the person not only doesn't own a manual, but has never cracked one open.  We have one member here that sold all his books because he decided he can get everything he needs from the internet, either from published data or by mooching it.

I have no problems with answering questions for someone that has obviously tried and needs another reference.

Well I am borrowing the ABC's of Reloading right now so I have cracked a book.

I am looking for the load info for the Hornady 110gr V-max bullet.

i am new to reloading and want to do it right.

I havent bought the hornady Manual because money is tight and I didnt exactly want to buy the book for one bullet type. I only use that one bullet from hornady in my .308. I know it seems a bit cheap of me but on the other hand I do have like 3 other books coming in, they were just a lot cheaper. Anyway I appreciate the help, enough of my rambling.

There is a local guy in WI hometown that is helping me a lot with questions that I have and good starting places for some of my projects. He mailed me the ABC book to read and use for a little bit. So I am getting good info on starting I just need to find the rest of the info.

I use the Hornady PDF TAP 110 gr for my .308, the factory load works well with my rifle but I want to experiment out a bit and reload my brass. I would like to improve my groupings as do most people.
