probably going to get flamed, but I have had good luck with Lee.It is all I have ever used.I started with a challenger single stage and went up to a Lee turrent press.Have loaded thousands of rounds on these 2 presses. However If money is no object I would get a dillon. You pay a lot more upfront, but they have a lifetime no bs warrenty.

Regardless how much you plan to reload, get a single stage to learn on. Once you get the individual processes down, move up to a progressive.

I'd throw another vote in for starting with the single stage Rockchucker. Can't go wrong with that, you will learn all the operations one at a time. Later, after you are hooked on reloading you can get a progressive and you will still find uses for your single stage.
