I was able to submit a form 1 without issues yesterday. I'm using Chrome on my Mac.

I had to use edge after cleaning all my cache

ETA: Tried resetting my password, flushing the cache, and 3 different browsers (Chomium, Firefox, Rekonq). It's dead, Jim.
