Buying a factory sbr from a dealer, i need to fill out form 4?
If a factory sbr, then no need to engrave?

Yeah sounds about right. If it wasn't a factory SBR then you would have to use a Form 1 and engrave your info since you are the manufacture. But yeah for a factory SBR it's a Form 4 and the factory will have engraved their info on it already since they made it.
