I actually have a ATN, the 12-36x80 actually has a cheesy set up with bullet drop compensator cams in the rings, not a good idea with something that kicks like a 50 does. They swear they make a 50 cal compatable scope and that the government uses thiers. But there is a big difference between some special operations guys procuring 20 or so for testing purposes and throwing them away after words and actually supplying those guys (even they like the leupolds). I bought the ATN 8-24x75 model which is the largest that ATN has that has the bullet drop cam in the scope instead of the rings. I took it out and fired about 10 rounds to site it in and noticed "specks/contamination" in the same optical plane as the reticule. I called them and they said to send it in. I repeated this 3 times and now I have no ammo to sight it in with. I did fire more than 10 rounds during some of the subsiquent sight in just for fun that appears to me that the "specks" finally may be gone. I also took the scope of the rifle to remount the rings because it appears they may need to be "lapped". This basically is why I haveprovided no "range report" on my Joeken built customized Hesse, basically I am bummed about the optics. BTW I really like the Yugo ball.

There is a swarovski 10x on the biggerhammer board for $750. Sounds like a lot better dean than an ATN @ $650.
