Going to buy my "final" ar15 rifle (final for a long while atleast lol) and its only available in black... Who is the go-to cerakote guru with a FFL who can do a nice tanodized look, and also laser remove the color filled rollmarks? Want it similar to this... Attached File |

Factory HK Tano on the left, my recreation with Cerakote and laser on the right. I also have a handful of other options for Tano. Yes, I know the Cerakote looks a little "chunky" but that's due to some very thick type III hardcoat ano the guy wanted to retain for a snug fit to his lower, so I just etched it instead of blasting it smooth prior to Cerakote. What do you mean by laser remove color filled roll marks? You just want the white etching on something you have removed? Show an example if you can. Attached File |
