I got tired of playing the game of "do I have any chance of buying powder from them". So I started looking elsewhere and another member turned me on to CDVS, where I have been able to buy around 80 pounds of powder from them in total over the last couple years with no issues, and no playing the lottery hoping I get some. Looks like either AR is getting more stock more often, or people are not buying it out instantly. So I may have to start checking there more often. Am. Reloading has 64 gr TBBC pulls in stock, coming in around 12 or 13 cents each. I am pretty stocked up on the 62 gr version but the 64 is supposed to be better in SBR’s and doesn’t show up too often. They still have a little rifle powder, though I missed the 2230 equivalent stuff, but I did get the last two jugs of W760 (H414) equivalent. |

Dillon I think I want a second progressive press to supplement my Hornady LnL. I could get another Hornady, but I think I'd like to try a Dillon 550 or 650. I see there are lot on Ebay, some for really good prices, and I see our EE has some, for less good prices. So I'm wonder what the best route is to get one? Used is fine - life time warrentee and all that. I would have bought one on Ebay already, but they charge tax, plus the shipping, kind of kills it. Should I go to a gun show? |
